Almost went out early today but5 it was way too hot so I continued my indoor work... time flew by when I realized what time it was. It was a beautiful night to ride. My legs were still feeling yesterday's speed/power workout, making tonight's fast zone 1 power much appreciated! Every time I thought about pushing my legs let me know what this ride all about, The goal was to ride in zone 1 and low 2 keeping the watts below 150 but averaging around 135. This is one of my favorite TT route, because it is pretty much all open road with very few stops and traffic interference, nice shoulders and several different options to make it longer or add a few nice little hills to the mix. I really enjoyed tonight's adventure, Tomorrow's ride will take me out to Marlton and Mt. Holy one of my favorite road bike routes but will be on the TT bike which should be a great adventure... be safe out there and enjoy

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
