I dressed much warmer today at the start I was too warm, then the temps started to drop, by this time I was sweating pretty good, the sweat started to freeze making me cold! My body had to warm up the sweat to warm me up. I was drenched when I finished but warm, LOL! I did one of my favorite routes with a small change with 15 or so miles to go so I could get the distance I wanted without doing an extended loop at the end. It was actually a nice add on. The ride should have been an easy one but it didn't feel easy... maybe getting used to the colder temps and heavier air resistant and added clothing. The ride a tough but satisfying, I am working on slowly building up the distance to rebuild my base, 4 and half months to build back up and be ready for next season. Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
