Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It’s a bit warmer today. I didn’t have to wear my jacket and face mask. Otherwise, arms, knees, head cap, thick base layer and some newspaper in the chest. I wanted to put in a quick recover ride. So, the Buffalo Run suited my needs. The legs felt good. I was able to put the power down today. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. The wind was going South East, so I had a tailwind on the way up. From there, I headed to the top of Highline and into the Buffalo loop. I made my way back to Highline and OTR for the return. As I was descending OTR, I threw my chain for some reason. Other than that, it was a real good ride. I pushed over Mariposa, putting the power down and shut it down at the top of Weston. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about and the morale felt good. I was a bit reluctant to get up, but I'm glad I did. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal my right sit bone is less sore. I'm hoping by putting in a quick ride that the sensitivity will let up for the next few rides. Nutrition was good. I had to feed a bit before the ride. I had a few plantains, grapes and some Gatorade. That did the trick as I did not have any hunger knock signs for the duration of the ride. Gear worked flawless, other than the chain being thrown. Other notes, no cyclist today, only one walker on Highline. The were doing some utility construction on OTR, but it did not delay my ride.
