The weather was great today. I went for a ride with Roger. He turned around at the end of OTR. We did real modest tempo up until that point. I continued with the ride. My legs felt good to the summit. I had almost no ailments on today's ride. I had a bit of cramping in the right calf. Like usual, Slowing down till it subsided, and stretching helped. The other minor ailment was a slight numbness in my right hand, which went away just as quick. The tough part for today was my concentration. It was in and out and I had to coach myself for a good part of the ride. Nevertheless, I kept the tires on the pavement and completed the ride. My balance is feeling really good. My right leg may need to have the cleat adjusted just slightly to toe-in just a bit. Bike is working well, but I did notice a slight (not sure how to explain it) crunching?? as if there as a bit of debris in there. I need to investigate more. Before I forget, there is a new Ultegra group for 11 speed. Going to ask Performance Bike Techies if my groupo can be firmware updated. Other notes, while going through SS town, on the return trip, a bug flew into my mouth! I spit it out immediately, lucky it didn't sting me! phew!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
