Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I got out a little late today. The weather was great! Right in the butter zone. I had good legs today. Not sure if it was luck, or perhaps, because I got out a little later than usual. I did good tempo on the way out. My tempo was a little faster on the downhill compared to the previous Keene ride. I averaged around 18.5mph to the bottom, which is a bit more than usual. The return ascent was done in good tempo with one dig over the monument. I continued with good tempo for the remainder of the climb, no real digs after that. Ailments, I had some numbness in the right hand and some soreness in the back. Both of which were negligible (sp?). My concentration was good for the most part, just a few self coaching here and there. Balance felt good. I attribute this to my squats that I've added to my strength training routine. Gear is working well, bike has some creaking, probably needs to have the rear skewer reseated. I brought my new cell phone, but couldn't use it because the screen wasn't set bright enough. No problems with the chain sound that I experienced the other day.
