Today's weather was more favorable than the last 2 rides. It was a bit cooler and the winds from the North West. I went riding with Roger today. We cruised it all the way to the top of Banducci. At that point, Roger did the shorter route, and I did the SS loop. Before I was able to go at my own pace, I was able to get warmed up for the remainder of the ride. In the back of my mind, I was wondering if I could catch up to him. I ended up laying the hammer down, as soon as I reached the farm lands. My ailments were limitted to my right calf tightning up a bit, but slowing down did the trick. From that point on, I stretched at every moment that I eased off the pace. My concentration was pretty much right on. My balance, off on more than a few occassions, but not much. Overall, my body felt strong today. Gear, I experienced something unusual on my electronic shifting. The chain jumped around a bit, when I was in the small chain-ring, and mid cassette. It was as if it were stuck in between the cogs. Not sure what to make of that. But, I do remember that it was doing something like that in the past few rides, but not so pronounced. I'm going to tune it up before the next ride.
