Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I was reluctant to get out of bed early, but I managed to get up after my morning nap. My target departure time was around 8:15AM-ish, so I was only 15 minutes late. The rationale, to beat the summer heat. The legs felt ok to start. I was more sleepy then heavy in the legs. I made it to the top of OTR in good average time. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation. I was near max going over the top. The Arosa climb went relatively quick. I forgot to start my smartwatch HR sensor, so I think I lost some data up until this point. It was getting hot, but tolerable. I adjusted my tempo accordingly. I was near max going over the top. I made my way around the backside and had fun on the descent. From there, I headed to the summit of Banducci. I took a minute to recover, hydrated and let traffic by before heading back down the mountain. The descent was mostly safe, with minimal traffic from behind. The descent off the Banducci Wall was also safe. No traffic from behind and the wind was mild. The descent off OTR was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and shut it down after reaching the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. Hints of impatience here and there, but not so much. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I drank most of my sport drink, no water. Gear worked flawlessly, I adjusted my cleats. More heel out and less heel in. Ailments were minimal. Just the usual hand numbness on the climbs. Other notes, I saw about 3 cyclists and a couple of runners.
