Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was nice and cool, I wore knees, arms, and 2 base layers. The wind was from the south. I had a headwind on the way out and a tailwind on the way back. I did modest tempo, very steady and never easy tempo. The return trip was all high tempo. This ride continues to be the best of the three to hone in the form. My legs were a little sore from the previous day's strength training. After making it to OTR, my legs were sufficiently warmed up and no longer sore. I felt well concentrated for the entire ride. The majority of the ride was ridden in the saddle. Out of the saddle only on some of the short risers and the first mile which is uphill. I was able to put down a good amount of wattage into the pedals on the return trip. Ailments consisted mostly of sore thighs (ie, lactic acid) from the strong tempo. otherwise, I felt comfortable. Balance was good, especially given that the ride was mostly concentrated on form. Gear is working great. The new tire feels good. I had no problems when riding over the salt gravel that's still out on the sides of the road. Other notes, I noticed that not all of the windmills were turning. Interesting to find out why.
