Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was colder then the previous ride. The winds were from the north. I wore arms, 1 base layer. I was a bit cold on the way out due to the wind chill factor. I probably should have worn knees, but it wasn't that bad. I did moderate tempo to the beginning of the descent in order to get as warmed up as I possibly could. I did easy, soft pedal, tempo on the descent. I can't remember exactly, but I think my legs were just a bit heavy, but this is often due to the fact that I was going into a headwind. The return trip was real good. My legs felt good right after the turn-around and the remainder of the descent. The cold dense air helped at this point. My concentration was good, very few deviations and almost no lapses in focus. Balance was good, some points were a bit off, but for very short periods of time. The bike is working well, but there's that creaking noise that has found its way back. I adjusted the skewers before the descent, so I'm certain it's not the wheels. More investigating necessary and I still have to check the front fork for looseness. At the turn-around, I dropped my chain, right after turning around on the USPS office. I thought I broke the chain, but it was just dropped to the inside. All other gear is working well. Other notes, my calf muscles slightly cramped in the last 1-2 miles, but only lasted a minute or so.
