Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I was able to get out just past 9 AM. The weather has cooled off quite a bit. By about 10 degrees. I was sufficiently clothed. The first mile was the most uncomfortable. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average climb. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation. I was near max going over the top. The Arosa climb took a few moments to settle in. Then the miles started to go quick. I kept the tempo going after reaching the speed bumps. I was at maximum after making it to the top. I zipped around the backside. I reached 40 MPH on the downhill. After making it to the summit of Banducci, I pulled over to recover. I let traffic by and then headed back down the mountain. There was minimal traffic mitigation, so it was mostly safe. I was cautious descending off the Banducci Wall as the wind had picked up just a bit. From there, I headed to the top of Highline and then the Buffalo Run. From there, I headed back on Highline and to OTR. Descending off OTR was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. The morale was good. Perhaps a bit of impatience at times. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Some hints of hand soreness and numbness when out of the saddle. Nutrition was good. I drank most of my sport drink and some water. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, I saw one or two cyclists.
