Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I was reluctant to get out of bed today. I kept hitting the snooze button. I knew I had to get out no later then 9AM to beat the heat. So, I managed to drag my body out of bed. I got my bike gear ready yesterday, so all I had to do was throw on the cycling clothes. The weather was around mid 70’s (or less) when I got out. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. I was debating where to go. I knew I was going to the Alpine Forest. I was thinking about adding the Buffalo Run. The Banducci Wall had minimal traffic mitigation. So, I was able to concentrate easier. The Alpine Forest went well. I had stuff to think about, the morale felt pretty good. The landmarks went quickly. I was near max going over the top. I made my way around the backside. I did 42 MPH on the downhill. From there, I went to the summit of Banducci. It was at that moment, I decided to add the Buffalo Run. (The body was feeling good). Descending off Banducci (and the wall) was safe, with minimal traffic mitigation. From there, I headed up the summit of Highline and to the Buffalo Run. I made my way around the neighborhood and then back to OTR. Descending off OTR was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and shut it down at the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. I was in the zone most of the time and the morale felt good. I was happy that I got out of bed instead of delaying the ride or worse. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Some hand soreness while out of the saddle, but less then usual. Gear worked flawlessly. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs and I went through most of my sport drink and some water. I was feeling a bit GI queasy in the last couple miles. Not sure if it was something in the air, but I could feel it in my chest. Other notes, no cyclists today. I waved to a UPS driver as we crossed paths.
