Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is on the cool side now. I dressed appropriately. It was actually a bit warmer than I anticipated. Otherwise, I was comfortable. The legs felt pretty good start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, I was near max going over the top. The Arosa climb went quick. I had stuff to think about and it made the miles go by quick. I reached over 40 MPH on the downhill. After making it to the summit of Banducci, I took a few moments to recover and let traffic by. I made it there in good average time. Shortly after, I headed down the mountain. The descent was mostly safe. After reaching the base, I headed to SS. There was a mild head wind. The trek through the farmlands went quick. When I reached the entrance to SS, I took a few moments to stretch on the bike. Then, I made my way around the backside. I stopped at the summit to see how my new tail light looked. I think the old one is brighter, but I may have to fiddle with the settings. From there, I headed downhill into town. I put in a good sprint. I reached around 42 MPH in the tuck. I stopped at the local park to bio. I forgot to check the time at the tunnel. I stopped once more at the mini-mart to mix a powder drink with the extra bottle of water I brought. After that, I made my way out of SS. I stopped once to swap out the GoPro battery and adjust the velcro strap on the saddle bag. The return on the farmlands went quick. I had a mild tailwind. I forgot to check the time at Boss Hogs. The last climb felt good. I kept the tempo no less than moderate. I kept the momentum going over the top. After reaching the summit, I pulled over to feed a Clif Bar. Then, I got back on the road. Route 202 had some traffic mitigation. The descent off OTR was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and then to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. The morale was good. I had some things to think about and it made the miles go quicker. I was somewhat absent minded on the ride. I kept forgetting to check the time at the landmarks. I forgot to restart the GoPro camera after stopping to feed. At least, I remembered to turn the camera on after a few minutes down the road. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I fed a Clif Bar and drank two sport drink bottles with some water. Ailments were minimal. I had some right inner calf soreness at the start of the ride. It went away after 20 minutes or so. I had some right outer knee tendon tenderness in the last half hour. It subsided, but didn't go away 100%. Although, it didn't detract from my ride much. There was some right hand numbness as it usually does while riding out of the saddle. The ankles were behaving. Balance and form was good. Gear worked flawlessly. I like the new tail light. It's easy to operate. Other notes, I saw one cyclist and a runner or two.
