Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I had a dentist appointment at 9 AM. I got back around 10:30 AM-ish. I took a quick nap and then decided to hop on the trainer for 30 minutes or so. I chose the Countryside Tour in Makuri Islands map. The legs felt ok to start. I was having ab pains. I’m not sure what it was, but it detracted from my ride a bit. Nevertheless, I got in what I wanted. I was doing moderate tempo most of the time. In and out of the saddle to keep the muscles from getting too tight. There was a climbing section. I was doing 3 W/kg, give or take, to the summit. Before I knew it, I completed the route. I let me HR get down to 112 BPM and then hopped off the trainer.
Concentration was good, all things together. I am going to have a wisdom tooth extraction and some surface fillings. So, I wasn’t exactly in the best mood when I got back. Nonetheless, I got the ride in. This will hold me over till Thursday. Nutrition was good. I had to feed half a banana and some grapes to hold me over. I’m hungry now. I drank about half my sport drink, no water. Balance and form was good. I adjusted the saddle tilt downwards. It felt good. I will make the same change to my Emonda. Gear worked flawlessly this time. I added an extra extension for the Ant+ dongle. That fixed the signal problem I had on the last Zwift ride. Other notes, I think there were over 10,000 riders on all maps combined. Will have to check the footage on that, though.
