Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's about the same temperature then the previous ride. I wore arms, knees, skull cap, thick base layer with a sheet of newspaper in the jersey. I was sufficiently warm. The legs felt good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. When I reached the summit of OTR, I removed the newspaper in my jersey and stashed it in my back pocket. From there, it was non-stop riding. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation, otherwise went normal. The cool air feels real good. I can push it just that much more without going too deep. I liked the Arosa climb. It went fast and the legs were responding well. I was near max going over the top. From there, I headed around the backside of the Alpine Forest. I reached over 42 MPH on the descent. I made my way to the summit of Banducci. When I made it to the summit, I pulled over to recover, check the GoPro battery, and let traffic by. I made it there in good time. Shortly after, I headed back down the mountain. There was some traffic mitigation, but was mostly safe. I then made my way up Highline for the Buffalo Run. There was a modest tailwind and the cool air made it somewhat invigorating. After completing the Buffalo Run, I made my way back to OTR. Descending off OTR was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and Weston, where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. Minimal lapses. The morale was good and I had stuff to think about. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Some hand numbness on the out of the saddle efforts. Gear worked flawlessly. The saddle height adjustment feels compliant. Will have to see if I need to make another adjustment. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through most of my sport drinnk. Other notes, there was one mountain biker that passed me as I was making my way to Country Club.
