Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

I decided to take it easy today, so I did the Buffalo Run. The legs felt good to start. The weather is on the warm side, but mostly comfortable with the air being on the cool side. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. From there, I headed to the top of Highline and around the Buffalo Run neighborhood. Not much else to tell other then the body felt good with minimal ailments. I made my way back to OTR and onto the descent. The descent was mostly fun and games. I put in a dig over Mariposa and Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. The morale was good. I got out early enough as to not feel too guilty of sleeping in. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Some modest hand numbness. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through about half my sport drink, no water. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, no cyclists but some friendly motorists out there.
