Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I decided to take it easy today. I plan on doing a "big" ride on Wednesday. The wind was from the South East. So, I'll have to decide where to go on the next ride, given the wind conditions. The legs felt good to start. I am mostly recovered from Saturday ride. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. There was a headwind on the way up Highline. After doing the circuit, I headed back. There was a nice tailwind till I made it back to OTR. Then it was a headwind. I pushed over Mariposa and to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about and the morale was good. I had minimal lapses, but the usual gremlins on Highline. Balance and form was good. Aillments were minimal. The legs were cooperating. I experienced minor hand numbness. Gear worked flawlessly. No mystery clicks today. Nutrition was good. No hunger sings. I went through most of my sport drink. Other notes, I saw a familiar recumbent cyclist today.
