Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has warmed up a bit, but it is now windy. I wore the arms, knees, thin base layer, jacket, head cap and I brought my face mask just in case. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. Crossing Route 202 took a while as traffic was backed up. The Banducci Wall had minimal traffic mitigation, so I was able to better focus on the task at hand. I felt better after reaching Arosa. The Arosa climb went quick. I was doing in and out of the saddle efforts. I was near max going over the top, but I had matches left. I made my way around the backside. The wind was turbulent, so I wasn’t able to let the wheels roll. After making it to the summit of Banducci, I took a few moments to recover. I let traffic by and then headed back down the mountain. It was somewhat dangerous with the turbulent wind. I took it easy, no risks. I let traffic by whenever I had the chance. After making it back to OTR, it was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and then to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. Minimal lapses and no gremlins to speak of. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Nutrition was in check. I had half a banana, some grapes and apple sauce before departing. That held me over. Gear worked flawlessly. My GPS was exhibiting problems charging yesterday, so I am wondering if it is due for an upgrade. More about that later. Other notes, no cyclists today.
Other notes, I forgot to check the time to the summit of Banducci, but after looking at the metrics, it was in good average time.
