Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's a great day to get out. The weather is on the cool side. Calm winds mostly from the North West. I wore arms, knees, jacket and head cap. The legs felt pretty good to start. I didn't bother checking the time to the summit of OTR, but likely good average. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation. More of the same to the summit. I made it there in good average time. I was near max going over both. After reaching the summit, took a few moments to recover. I let traffic by and then headed down the mountain. The trek through the farmlands went quick. I passed Boss Hogs in about 58 minutes. So, I was doing good on time. The last climb was mostly moderate tempo. I kept my momentum going over the top. After making it to the summit, I pulled over to feed a Clif Bar. From there, I headed back to route 202. Route 202 had some traffic mitigation. After making it safely to OTR, it was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and the dig to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I had minimal lapses, I was in the zone most of the time. Perhaps coaching here and there. The GPS was giving me verbal metrics. It was neat and kept my mind where it needed to be. Balance and form was good. I think I am going to move the saddle forward a bit. Nutrition was good. However, I was a bit sour in the stomach. I drank mostly water and a bit of sport drink. I fed a Clif Bar after reaching the last summit. That held me over till right now. I still have to figure out my pre-ride diet. I had half a banana, apple sauce, a Clif Bar and some Gatorade. It held me over, but I had some GI bloating on the last half of the ride. Ailments, some hand numbness when grinding out of the saddle. GI soreness, somewhat gaseous in nature. Fortunately, I made it back home without too much suffering. Gear worked flawlessly.
Other notes, I saw one casual cyclist today.
