Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

When I woke up today, I looked out the window. There was water on the ground from the rain. I did my usual routine. Took a nap, and when I got up, the ground had patches of water, but mostly dried up. The temperature was below 50. I decided to do an in-door workout. I had the option of any course, but the day's course on Zwift was the NYC map. I chose the 14 mile loop. This course was mostly rolling terrain with intermittent climbs that lasted about 1/2 mile at most. Some of which top out at over 10% gradient. As usual, in-door training is a mitigate-able chore. If it weren't for Zwift, I'd be struggling to stay on the trainer for that long. Nonetheless, the first half hour seemed to go the slowest, after that, the time started to progress more rapidly. When I first hopped on, I was putting in over 100 watts with less effort. I had to re-pair the trainer a few times to get it to work. I was able to push 200 watts for extended periods. Mostly on the climbs. The sensation wasn't 100% accurate, but it worked for me. Overall, the session went well. The body felt responsive. Concentration was good for the most part. I was captivated by the new map and its scenery. Definitely helped. Balance and form felt good in and out of the saddle. A bit labored when sitting down after being out of the saddle. Could have room for improvement in that respect. Ailments, none. Gear worked great after configuring everything. Setup time was minimal. Other notes, there were about 740-ish riders when I started and 1400+ when I finished.
Edit: I wanted to see how many miles I could put in an hour. I think I put in about 18-18.5 miles. After an hour in the saddle, I warmed down. The warm-down took about 8 or so minutes of soft pedaling.
