Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was full of hiccups. I tried to set up mom's PC to follow me. So, I loaned her my tablet and found out how to do it. Apparently, the easiest way to do it is to search for a friend on the tablet and tap on a link that allows you to follow them. Unfortunately, the app wasn't cooperating, so it didn't work this time around. The second hiccup was the trainer. It failed me today. The trainer wasn't detected by Zwift. I was already on the climb when I noticed the wattage was off. It was using the reading off the stages power meter. It was off by about .5 watts/kg. That's how I knew. So, I had to stop and figure out the issue. Eventually, I got it to work. But my time was recording while trouble-shooting. So my climbing time was off by about 8 to 10 minutes. I was really upset. I must have been putting in an extra tenth our two of w/kg, just from initial anger. The climb went fast. As usual I added the radio tower bonus climb. I was keeping track of the overall time, trying to figure if it too was affected. And, it was. So, I had to sit on the trainer for an extra 8 or so minutes to get the workout I wanted. Overall, I got a good workout but it didn't go according to plan. I feel like I want payback for today's lost effort. Concentration was good, for the most part, aside from being update. Balance and form was good. Gear eventually worked but there as also something wrong with how the bike was mounted to the trainer. It was leaning to the left a bit. I think I'll have to try a different skewer for the next workout. Ailments, next to none. It took about 15 minutes for the legs to get warmed up. Other notes, I think there were about 2000 riders today.
