Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I was reluctant to get out. I was planning on going to Keene, but the wind conditions weren't right. So, I decided to do a Buffalo Run. It's in the upper 60's. Winds from the South East. I wore the standard fall kit. Arms, knees, thick base layer, head cap and face mask. I kept the face mask around my neck. Turned out to be the right combination of layers. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. From there, I headed to the top of Highline. There was a headwind at that point. I zipped around the Buffalo neighborhood and then back on Highline for the return. Descending off OTR was mostly relaxing. There was a car from behind, so I put a bit more energy into the pedals. There was utility work, but I was not delayed. After pushing it to the top of Mariposa, I made my way back home and shut it down at the top of Weston.
Concentration was good. The morale felt better once I got out. I took a nap after an early morning breakfast. Glad I got up in time for a ride. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal, half a banana and some grapes for breakfast. I had another half of a banana and some grapes just before departure. Gear worked flawlessly. The GPS didn't pick up the Di2 connection. The metrics announcements are working now. The bike is nice and silent. Other notes, no cyclists out there. There was a familiar walker.
Other notes... Although the announcements were working, the wattage readings seemed a bit low.
