Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is a bit warmer than the previous ride. I was reluctant to get out of bed, but convinced myself to get up before it got too late. I wore the standard winter kit with knee warmers, arm warmers, head cap, face mask, double socks, thick base layer and my jacket. I was sufficiently warm. The legs felt ok to start. I made it to the top of OTR in good average time. The Banducci Wall had minimal traffic mitigation, so I was able to get on with business. I was near max going over the top. I recovered on the flat segment and completed the climb. There was more traffic on this segment. After making it to the summit, I took a few moments to recover. (I was near max when I got there). I let traffic by and then headed down the mountain. It was safe. Minimal wind knocking me around and no traffic from behind. I did moderate tempo through the farmlands. I made it to Boss Hogs in 1:01 hours. So, pretty good. I gave up one minute. The last climb felt good. I was doing no less than moderate tempo. I kept the tempo going over the top. After cresting the summit, I pulled over to feed a Clif Bar with water. Shorty after, I got back on the road and made my way back. Route 202 had some traffic mitigation. I merged with traffic by sprinting to the left turn lane. No honking from the cars behind. Descending off Route 202 was fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and the dig to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was pretty good. I was a bit impatient to start. I felt better when I made it to the last climb. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. The usual hand soreness and some saddle discomfort. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, just before the start of the ride. I fed a Clif Bar with some water during the ride and drank all of my sport drink. I had enough provisions such that I didn't have to ration what I had. Gear worked flawlessly. The bike feels good, nice and quiet. Other notes, I saw one cyclist that passed me when I was stopped at the side of the road while feeding.
