Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's cold and raining outside. I hopped on Zwift. Today was more of a recovery ride. So, I chose a map that would last around 30 minutes to complete. I kept the tempo moderate or less with a few efforts here and there. The legs felt ok to start. I was trying not to watch the clock as I was riding. There were some timed segments. I think the first two, I didn't put anything into them. I increased my tempo through the remainder. I finished somewhere in the latter half. I wasn't going for it, so it didn't matter. After crossing the finish line, I made it there in about 25 minutes. So, I kept riding for another 5 minutes till the time reached 30 minutes. After that, I cooled down till the HR went to 112BPM and below.
Concentration was good. The morale was good to start. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal to none. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal, half a banana and some grapes for breakfast. I skipped my morning nap since I have an appointment later today. I drank less than a quarter of my sport drink. No water. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, when I hopped on, there were over 9,000 riders on the Watopia map. Perhaps closer to 10,000!
