I had lab in the morning, so I had to fast and get up early. When I got back, I didn't feel like going to Keene, so I decided to do a Buffalo Run. The weather is nice. In the low 60's, winds from the North West. I wore arms, knees, jacket, head cap and my face mask. The legs felt pretty good to start. Before the ride, I adjusted the seat position slightly forward. It feels better, but may need more adjustments. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. I made my way up Highline aided by a tailwind. Then I zipped around the Buffalo Neighborhood. I hopped back on Highline and then to OTR for the return. The descent was enjoyable. I pushed over Mariposa and the dig to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration as good. I had stuff to think about and the morale felt good from the start. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Some hand numbness from time to time. Gear worked flawlessly. I had to charge the Di2 battery before departing. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal, half a banana and some grapes before the ride. I drank most of my sport drink, no water. Other notes, I saw two e-cyclists today.
