Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is great. I had lab in the morning, so I headed out as soon as I got back. It's in the 60's. Winds from the North West. I wore arms, knees, thick base layer with newspaper in the jersey. The legs felt ok to start. They felt much better when I made it to OTR. I made it to the summit in good time. I made my way to the top of Highline and around the Buffalo neighborhood. I had a nice tailwind on the way up. Then I got back on Highline for the return. Descending off OTR was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and the dig to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about. The morale was good. No gremlins to speak of. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal, perhaps some hand soreness here and there. Nutrition was good. I had oatmeal for breakfast and half a banana before departing. I drank more than a half of my sport drink, no water. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, no cyclists today.
