Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

The weather is very nice! in the upper 60's, winds from the South East. I wore arms, knees, and a thick base layer. Turned out to be perfect. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. I had a headwind going up Highline. I zipped around the neighborhood and then back to Highline for the return. I made my way to OTR from there. There was a slight headwind on the way down OTR. It was mostly relaxing. I pushed over Mariposa and then to the top of the Weston dig where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I had minimal lapses and no gremlins. Balance and form felt good. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal and half a banana for breakfast. My GI was sore when I got up. I paid a trip to the bathroom more than once before departing. I must of ate something I shouldn't have. Nonetheless, it subsided enough to do the ride. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, no cyclists today. There were some walkers.
