Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was on the cold side. Somewhere in the 50's. Winds from the south. My legs felt good from the start, but I think the tailwind had something to do with it. I reached the top of the descent in about 8 minutes, typical of a tailwind ride. I cruised the downhill. When I reached the bottom of the loop, I got into a tuck and rode the tailwind all the way through the plateau. I think I hit over 42 MPH. I real treat! The ascent was what I expected given that I was going to have a head wind. I had no intentions of setting anything higher than moderate tempo. I kept my HR around 150 or less. My legs felt pretty good for the majority of the climb. They were heavy in the first mile, but got better as the climb progressed. Concentration was pretty good, almost no gremlins. Ailments consisted of some hand numbness on a slight soreness in the left lower back. Nothing that required a reduction in tempo. Gear is working great. The charity app worked great, I didn't check it once and it was able to obtain all the metrics. Other notes, I had the Samsung fitness app running for the entire ride. Perhaps this has something to do with the charity app working without checking it.
