Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

I had lab in the morning. I took a nap when I got back, so my departure was delayed.
The weather remains on the cool side. Very nice! Sunny, around 70 degrees. Cool winds from the North West. The legs were hinting on the side of heaviness to start. After made it to OTR, I felt better. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. I made my way up Highline and around the Buffalo neighborhood. The legs and lungs felt good. I made my way back to OTR and then to the descent. It was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and to the top of Weston where I shut it down.
Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about. I was in the zone most of the time. My patience was in check. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. My right hip is doing better. Nutrition was good. I had a bowl of oatmeal and a banana for breakfast. I had the other half of the banana and some grapes before departing. I drank most of my sport drink, no water. Gear worked flawlessly. Other notes, no cyclists today.
