Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's warming up, but still nice. I got out a bit later than I would have liked, but at least it wasn't to hot. It was under 80 degrees, winds from the North West. The legs felt ok to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. From there, I headed to the top of Highline and around the Buffalo Neighborhood. All went well, the body felt good. I hopped back on Highline for the return and then to OTR for the descent. Descending off OTR was fun. No rushing, mostly soft pedaling. I pushed over Mariposa and made my way to the top of the Weston dig and shut it down.
Concentration was good, I had stuff to think about. The morale was good. Ailments were minimal. Perhaps a hint of right hip soreness that never escalated. That and slightly sore hands here and there. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I drank about 3/4ths of my sport drink, no water. I had a bowl of oatmeal and half a banana for breakfast before departing. Gear worked flawlessly. I installed new Trek Blendr mount on to hold me over from the previous ride's mishap. Other notes, I saw one cyclist today.
