Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. It's snowing today. Perfect for an indoor ride. I chose the Watopa Mountian Loop. Now that I have my computer setup near finished, it was quick getting the gear together. I got ready and hopped on. The position on the bike feels better, now that I'm oriented in the proper direction, inside the garage. The legs felt pretty good from the start. I had some problems getting the trainer to work. By the time I reached the end of the last tunnel, before the climb, all was working well. I tried to keep the wattage above 3W/kg. I was able to sustain that for most of the climb. I took periodic breaks by sitting down when the slopes were more forgiving. The time went by quick. I have a soundbar connected to my TV, so I was able to listen to music. It definitely helped. I reached the summit in good time. I think I got around 13th. I headed up the bonus climb. No stoppages due to subscription ending issues. (I re-subscribed before I hopped on the trainer). I was holding a bit more than 3 W/kg on the bonus climb. Then I headed back down the mountain. Made it to the flats. Put in a good push through the sprint zone. From there, I tried to keep the tempo going, all the way to the start/finish. From there, it was cool-down for a less than two miles. Concentration was good. The time flew by. Balance and form was good. Definitely better than the previous trainer configuration. Ailments, maybe some mild knee soreness. It dissipated after a while. Other notes, there were about 3500 riders when I started, about 2500 when it ended.
