Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today was cooler than yesterday. Around low 60's, winds from the south. I wore 1 base layer, arms and knees. My legs and body felt sore today. I was having stomach problems earlier on and had to postpone the ride until it calmed down. Fortunately, it cooperated on the entire ride. My body just felt a bit sapped. Likely due to indigestion and such. Nevertheless I commenced the ride. In my mind I was thinking how far do I want to go, in the respect that it needed to be proportional to how I was feeling. When I reached the end of OTR, it was apparent that my body felt good enough to continue. I did modest tempo to the summit of Banducci. At that point I was still feeling good. Just enough to convince myself to do the abridged Tour de Teh (R) ride. I did most of the ride in moderate to modest tempo. No digs, just nice and steady. Although, I was able to pick up the pace just a bit on the last climb, but by a slight margin. Concentration was good for the most part. I did have some lapses here and there, but I was able to reel it in. There were some gremlins out there, but I was able to keep it steady in the mind. Ailments consisted of a hint right knee soreness, more than usual fatigue in the legs. I think some hand numbness. Balance was good. I was on top of the pedals for the greater part of the ride. Gear is working well. I forgot to start the Live track. Otherwise, no problems.
Correction on the Live tracking. It did work. Dad wasn't able to display it on his PC. I'm showing it up on mine.
