Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's still un-rideable. Another day for an indoor workout. I chose the map of the day, Yorkshire. I did it once before, but since forgotten what it's like. Turns out that I like it a lot. It's kind of like the NY map, but better, IMO. The climbs are short, but provide enough real-estate get the heart going. The gradient is mostly steady, so I was able to find my tempo relatively easy. It felt like doing extended intervals. So, the course is mostly up and down. By the time you recover on the downhill, it's time for another push. I felt pretty good today. There were between 1000 to 2000 riders today. I was posting times in the top 10%. I posted a negative split on the second lap. KOM split off by 1% on the second lap. I decided to ride for about an hour. After completing the second lap, I kept riding till about 20 miles. Then, I saw that my elevation gain was nearing 1900 feet, I decided to make it official. From there, I did the cool-down phase. I was tempted to complete the third major climb, but decided to save my energy for the next out-door ride. (Likely to SS). Concentration was good. Gear worked great. Ailments, none. Balance and form was good.
