Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I had a tough time getting up from my morning nap. I was about to scratch the afternoon ride, but decided to put in a half day. I chose the London Hilly loop. And I decided to do just one lap. The gear setup went quick. No hiccups today. I felt average at best. I think my body needs some downtime. I decided from the start to keep the tempo moderate. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the base of Box Hill. I completed the climb as I normally would. Out of the saddle a lot, with the watts around 3 W/kg. In the saddle to recoup, drink, etc. After making the summit, I headed back. Putting in a good dig through the tunnel. I think I maxed out around 600 watts, or so. I finished the lap in just over 30 minutes. I think that put me in the top 20 or something. Concentration was good, for the most part. Gear worked great. Balance and form was good. Ailments, none. Other notes, I think there were close to 1500 riders, today.
