Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

It snowed all last night. No out door riding today. I chose the Watopia mountain loop. I renewed my Zwift membership today. The ride went as planned. It took about 10 minutes to reach the base of the climb. It was apparent, in the first 10 minutes that I wasn't going to PR. So, I put it in cruise control. I tried to keep the wattage around 3 W/kg. I was trying to stave off boredom. Doing the numbers, listening to music. Picking out the landmark. I was able to up the tempo when I reached the tunnel. I was using different pedaling techniques that seemed to work. I reached the summit in good average time. From there it was the bonus climb. Doing mostly 3 W/kg and above. Sitting down once in a while. It wasn't a race, but I put in a good effort on the last 2 minutes of the climb. From there I headed downhill. Doing the numbers. Calculating my ETA to the start/finish. I was off by about 1 minute. Not too bad. I was able to put in a good dig through the sprint zone, but I was nearly spinning out on my biggest gear. After reaching the finish, I commenced the cool-down. I started with moderate temp, to reach about 20 miles. After that, I dropped the tempo and waited till he HR reached 112 BPM. Concentration was good. Gear worked great. Balance and form was good. No ailments. Other note, there were over 1000 riders today.
