Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I wasn't sure where I wanted to go today. A few days ago I was thinking about SS. Then I thought Alpine Forest + Tour de Teh (R). I ended up going to the Alpine Forest and back. The weather was nice and cool. In the 50's, winds from the North West. I wore the standard kit. I decided not to bring my skull cap. I could have used it on the last half of the ride. The legs felt good from the start. My morale isn't the best now. I'm still waiting for the lab results to get back. I know they are going to find something. It's just a matter of how bad it's going to be. I tried to keep a positive attitude, while on the bike. I was sufficiently warmed up, by the time I reached the end of OTR. I made my way up Banducci and into the Alpine Forest. I kept the tempo steady, but no red-lining. I think I maxed out around 150 BPM. After that, I headed to the summit of Banducci. I took a few moments rest. The GoPro battery was at 33% remaining. I headed back from there. Some traffic mitigation to OTR. More or less fun and games through OTR and up Mariposa without digging. Concentration was ok, all things considered. Ailments, next to none. I still have a bruised shin from the other day's fumble on the trainer. Nothing detracting. My right calf was sore yesterday and still is. Fortunately, I had no pain while riding. Balance and form was good. Gear worked perfect. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
