Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is great today. Winds from the South East. I wore my arm and knee warmers + cap. The legs were a bit heavy to start. But, I had the feeling that they would feel better by the time I reached the top of the descent. I made it to the top of the descent in good time. The downhill was tons of fun. Reaching over 43 MPH at the bottom of the loop. I made my way to the base and headed back. No stopping to take off clothes. I had a headwind on the way back. So, I prepared myself for that. I kept the tempo nice and steady. The mountains and trees provided some shelter from the wind. The landmarks went quick. Before I knew it, I was passing the Loop Monument. I continued the steady tempo. No red-lining it. The legs were feeling good. I found my sweet spot. I had my music going, and that helped. I reached the summit in about 1:05 hours. From there, it was mostly relaxing to the bottom of Weston and then back up the hill. Concentration was good, for the most part. I was having to coach myself every so often. It helped keep my focus. Gear worked great. The GoPro had about 17% battery charge remaining, when I got back. My front wheel is still out of commission. Pending a repair. Hopefully sooner than later. Balance and form was good. Other notes, I saw some burning compost on the side of the hill as I was descending. No clue what it was. No other riders out, today.
