Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is great. In the mid 60's. The wind was from the South East. Not ideal wind conditions for Keene, but I decided to go for it, anyways. I made it to the top of the descent in good time. I made my way down the mountain. Having a good time with the tailwind. I reached 45 MPH just before the gauntlet. I had a dentist appointment at 2:15. So, I was keeping track on the time. I calculated that I would have about 30 minutes by the time I get back. The return ascent was tough. The legs felt good. But, I was a bit foggy in the mind. I think it was the headwind playing with me. I had to settle into a pace that I could sustain, and I didn't know exactly how bad the headwind was going to get. Turns out, that it was about what I anticipated. Strong in the open areas and somewhat protected on the mountain sides. I had to stop once, about 1 or 2 miles before the summit, in order to swap out my GoPro battery. From there, it was to the top and straight home. Concentration was good. All things considered. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, none. Gear worked great. The HR sensor wasn't working for the first half of the ride. likely will have to use the new one I bought last year. I bought new gloves and they worked great. I think I'll buy another pair from Amazon. My front wheel is still out of commission till early next week. Other notes, I saw 2 cyclists today.
