Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The wind was going the right way today, for a WS ride. Temperature is great! In the low 60's. Mostly clear skies. The legs felt good from the start. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. The outbound leg was more or less, what I expected. Into a headwind. But it wasn't severe. I kept the tempo steady. I reached the turn-around and headed back. I increased the tempo. I alternated between high cadence and below 90 RPM cadence. Out of the saddle to stretch the legs and keep the momentum going over the modest slopes. The last kickers went quick. I was able to put the power down. The following descent wasn't as fun as I would have liked, but was about what I expected it to be. I think I reached 38 MPH. I was hoping for 40. From there it was back to OTR. I stopped before the descent to swap out the battery in the GoPro camera. From there it was mostly fun and games through OTR. A quick push over Mariposa and back. Concentration was good. I was in a good mood. Ailments consisted of mild right knee soreness from time to time. Balance and form was good. Gear worked flawless. The Charity app worked today. Other notes, no other cyclists today. I saw a glider as I neared WS.
