Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Hot weather was predicted today, so I got out as early as I could. The wind was mild, from the North West. I decided to head out to the Alpine Forest, then head out on Highline to the bike path and take the right most path, as I've yet to explore that area. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. The Banducci wall was slight traffic mitigation. I tried to keep it out of the red-zone, as best I could. The Alpine Forest was a welcoming climb. Not a significant headwind, so the time went by relatively quick. I had fun on the last two dips. Nearing 40 MPH. I headed up to the summit of Banducci, took a breather, then headed back down. Descending the wall was safe, as per the minimal wind conditions. So, I was able to let go of the brakes. Reaching over 40 MPH. I made my way out on Highline, and then made the left turn onto the new bike path. I headed to the fork and made a right turn. The path goes parallel to Highline. It ends up near the town homes, in that part of town, on the sidewalk. I got back to Highline and then made my way to WS. From there, I turned around and headed back. The wind continued to be mild, so I was able to keep a nice tempo going. The miles went quick. I put in a good effort going over the last kickers. The GoPro battery ran out as I was approaching the hill leading up to Banducci. I pulled over, swapped them out and got back on the road. After reaching OTR, it was mostly downhill, and fun and games, back to home. Concentration was good. Mostly in the zone. Balance and form was good. Ailments, next to none. Gear worked great. I raised the saddle by about 1/2 inch or so. It feels better, especially when sitting and putting the power down. Nutrition was good. No hunger pains. I drank most of my sport drink and some water. I saw one cyclist today. We crossed paths twice.
