Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's supposed to get into the 90's today. Enough to convince me to get out as soon as possible. I had breakfast, took a nap, got up, and got ready for my ride. I wish I could have got out about 30 minutes ago. It was in the 80's when I got out. I wore my arm protectors, today. I didn't check my time at the end of OTR, but I believe it to be good average. The Banducci wall was mostly pacing myself. I was near max over the top, and mitigating traffic. I made my way to the summit. I forgot to check the time. But, it was probably less than 38 minutes. The downhill was a treat. Reaching 40+ MPH with my tuck. The trek to SS was more or less what I expected. Into the headwind. And not much faster than 18 or 19 MPH. That backside climb in SS always hurts. That last bit where the wind turns against you, is what I hate the most. The descent into town was very fun. Reaching 40+ MPH, using my tuck. I made it to the tunnel in under an hour. I made my way through SS and back onto Banducci. I kept the tempo no lest than moderate. All the while, reminding myself to hydrate. The way through the farmlands went quick. Before the start of the last climb, I stopped to swap out the GoPro battery. The climb was no less than moderate, mostly good tempo. I was near max, over the top, but no serious pushes. I recovered on the false flat. Followed by Route 202, without stopping for traffic. I made my way to OTR. From there, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was very good. I had a few things to think about, and the morale was good, going into the ride. Balance and form was good, not great. Still work needs to be done. Perhaps raise the saddle and check the lever position. Ailments, general fatigue. Otherwise, close to none. Gear worked flawless. Nutrition was spot on. I had enough provisions, without having to ration. No hunger pains. I went through almost all my sport drink, and half my water. Other notes, I saw about 5 or 6 cyclists today.
Other notes, I reached 20k miles today, for Charity Miles.
