Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was warm, but comfortable for the most part. Somewhere in the 80's, a bit humid, winds from the North-West, but turbulent in some places. I knew I want to do a double. I decided what kind of double I would do. I decided to do Willow Springs + Tour de Teh (R). I felt pretty good from the start. I had some saddle sores that I've been combating in the past 5 to 7 days. Kinda gross, but I'm using Prep. H. to mitigate the sores. Seems to be working. I just hope there aren't any side effects. I made it to Route 202 in good time. I think I was pushing a bit harder than usual. Such was the case for most of the ride. The outbound leg of W.S. was somewhat unusual. The first mile or two had mild wind conditions, more of a cross, hard to tell. Then, as I made my way out further, the wind changed into head wind. I had slight tail-wind on the way back, except for the last mile and a half. The wind reversed. I was actually happy about that because this meant I would have a tailwind on my way back from C.V. As usual, the Banducci wall was a pain. I was pushing pretty hard to get over it. Once that was over I was able to recoup on the false flat and finish the climb in good tempo. The downhill was fun and games, I reached 41MPH+, in a full tuck. I was tempted to do the entire SS ride, but decided against it because that wasn't my plan. I had enough money to by more fluids. Perhaps the next time I do this ride. Crossing the farm fields was mostly done in a steady somewhat high tempo. By the time I reached the last climb, my body was exhausted. I had enough energy to finish the ride without having to drag my body. In addition, my provisions were running low, so I had to be careful to ration without allowing myself to dehydrate. I probably could have used an extra half bottle of sport drink. Once I reached route 202, it was all fun and games. Concentration was good for the most part. Some crazies here and there but no biggie. Ailments consisted mostly of saddle soreness and some numbness in the right hand. I also have a callus on my right palm. Gear is working well. I had to charge my MP3 player as it was out of batteries from the start. 10 minutes charge lasted the entire ride. I washed my drive train yesterday. Things felt very smooth. I did hear some mystery creaks. I'll reseat the wheels on the next ride.
