Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I was unable to get out for a ride the past 2 days because of saddle sores. They were tolerable today, so I decided to do a quick Keene n Back ride. The weather was great. I got out around 12:30ish. I was sluggish to start. By the time I reached the top of the descent I felt a bit better. I cruised the downhill, soft-pedaling most of the way. Once I reached the base, I did the usual camera mode switch then proceeded climbing. My legs were sluggish. They felt maybe slightly above average. It got a little hot in some spots, but nothing to detract from my tempo. There were no heroics today, I just kept my pace nice and steady. I felt better as the climb went on. I'm thinking that I would have done well on a ride with more miles. Concentration was good, I was able to stay in the zone for most of the ride. Balance and Form was better than average. Ailments consisted of right hand numbness and saddle soreness. I had to make a habit of getting out of the saddle to mitigate the saddle pains. Gear is working good, no mystery clicks either. Other notes, I want to find a way to put a third bottle/container on my bike for longer rides (in the future).
