Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather has cooled off just a bit. No more than 80 degrees now. Winds from the North West. I got out a bit later than I hoped. But, not so much. The legs felt pretty good from the start. I made it to the summit of the descent in good time. I cruised the downhill. Two digs on the risers. I made my way to the base and turned around without stopping. The GoPro battery had enough charge, from what could tell from glancing at the front display. It was warmer at the base. I felt the difference in the legs. It got better as I made my way back up the mountain. The temperature was cooler towards the summit. I had a few things to think about, the music kept me company. It was a good average ascent. The suffering was manageable. I tried to keep my mind active, and away from getting too single minded. The landmarks went quick. I didn't check my time, when I reached the summit. Concentration was good. Few lapses and the morale felt good. Balance and form was good. Ailments, next to none. Just some hand soreness when out of the saddle for an extended period. Gear worked great. I think I fixed the rattling noise. I tightened the bolts on the bottle holder, on the seat tube. Pending confirmation on the next ride. Nutrition was good. I went through less than 1/2 bottle of my Gatorade, and a bit of water. Other notes, I saw 1 other cyclist, as I was nearing the base, on the descent.
