Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's warming up and I didn't feel like riding in the heat. Instead of going to Keene, I decided on Watopia Mountain Loop. I had the fan on the highest setting. Suffice it to say, I was actually quite comfortable on the trainer, with respect to temperature. I approached this ride like I normally do. Warm up followed by an intense workout, followed by a cool down session. The legs felt good from the start. It took about 10 minutes to get to the base of the climb. I was good to go by then. I made my way across the bridge in good time. I kept the momentum going for the duration of the climb. I was out of the saddle most of the time. In the saddle to recover, hydrate and wipe sweat. I'm 128 lbs now. That's what I set Zwift to on my profile. I was holding over 3 W/kg most of the time. The landmarks went fast, and the music helped. I made it to the summit in 12th place, I think. About 27 minutes and change. A very good ascent. I finished off the climbing with the bonus climb. I kept the tempo steady. No red-lining. In the lowest gear on the steepest parts. In the saddle to recover, hydrate and wipe sweat. After making it to the summit, I headed back to the start/finish. I kept pedaling through the descent. I kept the tempo going on the flat/rolling terrain. I made it to the finish in good time. Immediately followed by my cooldown. After allowing my heartrate to get down to 112 BPM, that was the finish. Concentration was good. The time went fast. Balance and form was good. Ailments, some hand numbness on the climb while out of the saddle for extended periods. Gear worked well. I used the Ant+ connection for the trainer this time, instead of Bluetooth. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I had about half my Gatorade, maybe more. No water. Other notes, There were about 1700 riders today, on this map. The new laptop worked like a charm!
