Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I'm feeling much better since a few days ago. Well enough to go for an outdoor bike ride. I decided on WS as it is the least difficult of the routes. The legs felt good to start. I'm at around 129 lbs now. It didn't take much to get warmed up. The weather is great. In the upper 60's, low 70's. Mild wind from the North West. I had a tailwind on the way out, thus a headwind on the way back. I made it to the end of OTR. Didn't check the time. I pulled over to see if I could get the Cadence / Power meter to pair. No luck. I forgot to restart the GoPro. So, I lost more than half of the ride's footage. The trek to WS was pleasant. Aided by a nice tailwind. The return trip went fast. I was doing between 14 and 18 MPH. I had stuff to think about. When I reached the summit of Highline, I checked the camera. It was at that point that I realized I forgot to restart it. It was turned off. I continued the recording from that point. After making it back to OTR, I knew that the GoPro battery was going to last, so no stopping. From there, mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. The morale felt good. I had stuff to ponder. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. My right hip is a bit sore, but did not detract from the ride. In fact, I hardly felt it. Nutrition was good. I had about half my Gatorade. No water. Other notes, I saw 2 cyclists today.
