Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It was supposed to rain today. I woke up and it was partially cloudy. Instead of riding indoors, I decided to do a WS ride. The wind was not in my favor. I wore my knee and arm warmers and head cap. I don't recall the time at the top of OTR. Not likely better than average. I took my head cap off when I got there. The way out to WS was pleasant, given that I had a tailwind. I knew it was going to be hellish on the way back, and it was. Nothing much to tell about it. When I reached the turn-around, I headed back, no stopping. The first mile was the worse. I had a direct headwind, so I was riding in slow motion. It played with my patience and concentration more than anything. At least I had no mechanicals or mishaps. I tried my best to keep my concentration going, but admittedly, it was floating around more than I would have liked. I think my music saved the day. After making it back over the mile climb, the morale felt better. And even better when I reached OTR. From there, it was mostly relaxing. Concentration was on and off. Average at best. There were some gremlins out there, for sure. Balance and form was good. Ailments were next to none. Gear held up perfect. Nutrition was good. I drank all of my Gatorade and some water. No feeding. Other notes, I saw 4 cyclists today. Somewhat surprising on a day like this.
