Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

As planned, I did an indoor workout. I decided on the Innsbruck map. I did the mountain loop. I thought I was going in the usual direction, but it turns out that I did the climb in reverse. I decided to keep it that way. The legs were good from the start. After about 5 minutes of spinning, I noticed the trainer wasn't responding to gradient changes. I ended up re-pairing it with the PC and that did the trick. No restarting was necessary. The climb went well. I was out of the saddle most of the time. The sun was shining through the window, so it had a mirror like effect on the TV. Somewhat distracting, but I was able to observe my form. I kept my tempo near 3 W/kg. The climb went faster than climbing in the other direction. I wasn't sweating till the last few minutes of the climb. I kept the HR around 140 BPM. The downhill was mostly recovery. I hopped off the trainer for a minute to take a quick bio. I was going downhill, so my avatar was descending while I was off the bike. The second lap went very well. I was warmed up and sweating. I was able to put in a negative split. The wattage was around 3.2 W/kg and more. Less when I was in the saddle, wiping sweat and hydrating. I beat my lap time by about 2 minutes. Quite a bit! After reaching the summit, I was able to relax till I reached the base. From there, I headed into town and cooled down till the HR reacehd 112 BPM. Concentration was good. The morale felt good. I had my music blasting. Balance and form felt real good. Ailments, some hand soreness when out of the saddle for extended periods. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition, I think I had about half my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, I was around top 30 on the first lap and 8th on the second.
