I've just gotten over what ever it was that I had. Somewhat of a mystery bug or something. Nonetheless, I'm feeling better. The knees are feeling better. It's raining, so perfect for riding on Zwift. I chose the London Mountain Loop. About ten miles in length. I calculated it would take about 30 minutes to complete. I used my easy gears and was spinning most of the time. The climb was more of the same. No big efforts. Out of the saddle only to stretch the legs. I think I made it to the summit in about 12 or 13 minutes. really, taking it easy. Avoiding any agitation on the knees. I completed the lap in about 35 to 40 minutes. I cooled down for a few minutes till the HR went back down to 112 BPM. Concentration was good. I was relaxed most of the time. Balance and form was good. The knees were cooperating today and didn't have to favor either one. Ailments. Still some very mild signs of knee tenderness. Nutrition was good. I had a few sips of Gatorade. Gear worked better today. I looped the rear Di2 cable underneath the trainer axle mount and that seemed to work better. Other notes, there were about 1500 to 2000 riders today.
