Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is cool but not freezing. I decided to go to Keene n Back. The right knee is still having issues. So, I was careful to protect it as best I could. The wind was headed West. That meant I would have a headwind on the way back. At least it was a modest wind condition. I made it to the summit in good time. I cruised the downhill. Putting in one good dig and a modest dig over the risers. After reaching the base, I turned around and headed back. I didn't remove any layers. I was comfortable. The ascent went well, all things considered. The first half of the climb was mostly without difficulty for the right knee. But, I was able to mitigate it when the pain became noticeable. It escalated after exiting the Gauntlet. It continued to escalate ever so slightly as the ascent continued. After the last dip, I was able to put it into the lower gears and spin a bit. I reached the summit with my knee within my tolerance. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about. I was happy to get out for a ride in good weather conditions. Balance and form was good. Gear worked perfect. Ailments, the right knee. Nutrition was good, I had to feed a Cliff Bar before the ride started. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
