Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Went riding with Roger in the afternoon. Weather was a little on the hot side, but comfortable. We cruised the Old Town Road climb. Then did the Banducci Climb. We ended up going at our own pace. So, I stopped at the top of the climb. Cruised the descent and the journey to SS. The trip back was easy tempo, I picked up the pace a little bit, after we made the left turn into the farm fields. We regrouped at the beginning of the Cummings Valley Road climb. Then at the top of the cimb. All-in-All, a very modest ride. I got my new GoPro battery in the mail and was able to use it on the last 30 mins or so. The unit is working great. No probs as of yet with the authentic batteries. I'm planning on contacting the Wasabi battery makers to see what they can offer me, now that the batteries are unreliable with the camera. Bike is continuing to make the creaking noise, it sounds like it's coming from the right crank arm. I'm going to try changing the skewers to see if that helps. Will use the Spinergy wheel skewers. My concentration today was real good, as was my balance. So, I'm trying to hone in my sprinting technique. I did a real good practice sprint at the end of Old Town Road. Toping out at 35. The good thing is that I found the right technique. The trick was to bend my elbows outward and find that center of gravity, so that I'm balanced while stomping on the pedals. It's somewhat complex, but it's coming back to me.
